What are your security features?
We have electronic coded entry/exit, individual door alarms, 18 surveillance cameras, fenced with bobbed wire on top.

Does someone live there onsite?
Yes, we have a professional management team which lives onsite.

Does your units have any problems with leaks or vermin?
No, we use mouse repelent in every unit. Just in case

Do you offer 24-hour access?
Our commercial tenants can request 24 hr. gate access. All customers may request monthly invoicing and autopay services.   Residential tenants can have  24hr. gate access for moving in purposes for a limited amount of days and then revert back to gate hours of 6am-9pm daily

Can we access our units even during the holidays?
Yes, our gate hours never change. They are open from 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week.

Are there any leases or deposits?
Never!  We do require a one time administration fee of $10 upon move in.

Do you receive shipments?
Yes, our commercial tenants have the convenience of having their shipments sent to our office. We will deliver the packages out to their units for them at no additional charge.

Do you have problems with break ins?
No, I’m proud to say we’ve been in business over 8 years and have no break in history.

Do you provide locks or do we buy our own?
We conveniently have locks for sale in our office at a very reasonable prices or you can bring your own. You must provide your own lock.

Do you offer climate control?
Yes, we have 6 different sizes of climate control. We have sensory lights in the hallways with music piped in 24 hrs. a day.

What do you keep the climate control temperature at?
In the summer time the temperature doesn’t rise above 82 degrees and in the winter time the temperature doesn’t fall below 55 degrees.

I am bringing in a moving van, will I be able to maneuver it around the corners?
Yes, our facility offers very wide paved driveways and corners. Even the largest of the popular moving trucks have no problems.
